烹調指南 — Kingdom of Dumpling Homemade

🫿 Won Ton 雲吞

Put suitable water with some chicken broth. After it boils, put in Won Ton and stir it until Won Ton goes up. Keep it boiling 7–8 minutes and it will be done. Take it out and eat it with soup.

Option: Prepare some dry shrimp skin, seaweed, and a little bit cilantro with Won Ton and soup together, and put several drops of soy sauce and sesame oil. It will be perfect for breakfast.

🫿 Dumplings 水餃

Put enough water in the pot first. After water boils, put dumpling in and stir it until it goes up. Keep it boiling 10 minutes and it will be done. Take it out with dipping sauce and it is ready to be eaten.

🫿 Marinated Steamed Bao 小籠灌湯包

Put steamer on the watered pot first. After it boils, put some cabbage or lettuce leaves first and put bao secondly. Put cover back and keep it boiling 8 minutes. Steamed Bao is done.

How to eat: Take out bao carefully and bite a hole and suck the broth first. Then eat the rest with Shanghai vinegar.

🫿 Pot Sticker 鍋貼

Put several drops of oil and pot sticker in first. Second put 2/3 water in the pot. Turn fire into big. After 10 minutes, get rid of all remaining water. Then change to small fire and drop a little oil around the pot sticker. It takes about 3–4 minutes to cook it done. After that, the crispy and brown color pot sticker is ready.

🫿 Pork with Vegetable Bun or Vegetarian Bun 包子

Put it in microwave for 1 minute or put it in steamer after water boil for 5 minutes.

🫿 Multi-layer Beef Pancake 牛肉餡餅

First hit the pan hot, second put a little oil and pancake in and change it to small fire. It takes 3.5 minutes for each side and it will be done. Take out carefully and cut in the middle. Four smaller pieces are ready to eat.

🫿 Onion Pancake 蔥油餅

First hit the pan hot, second put a little oil and pancake in and change it to small fire. It takes 1 minute for each side and it will be done. Take it out carefully and cut it in the middle. Four smaller pieces are ready to eat.

🫿 Green Chives Pancake 韭菜盒子

Put several drops of oil and green chives pancake in first. Secondly put 1/3 water in the pot. Turn fire into middle. After 6 minutes, get rid of all remaining water. Then change to small fire and drop a little oil around the chives pancake. It takes about 2 minutes each side and done. It is delicious.

🫿 Radish Cake or Bean Paste Crispy Cake 蘿蔔絲餅/豆沙酥餅

Put several drops oil on the pan and put them into oven first. Second set 400°F and 25 minutes. Time is up and cake is done.

🫿 Shanghai Style Sweet or Salty Donut 蟹殼黃

Put several drops oil on the pan and put them into oven first. Second set 400°F and 20 minutes. Time is up and donut is done.
